The privately owned unit, 2304, is located on the 23rd floor of the South Tower overlooking the Bay as well as the Ocean side.

Unit 2304 is a beautiful 3bdrm/3bath spacious luxury condominium, which accommodates comfortably up to 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two dining tables, one indoor and the other on the beachside balcony. The master bathtub has Jacuzzi jets. The balconies are a spectacular feature of this unit. You can relax while marveling the 300 foot two tiered pool and indulge in the magnificent panoramic ocean view, or you may choose to BBQ in your own private grill while enjoying the spectacular Bay panoramic view. Other features include 42" plasma televisions in all the bedrooms and the living room, DVD players with each television, a margarita machine, and a Wii player for the kids.

Sapphire common amenities include a world-class spa and fitness center, a 300 foot two-tiered pool with private cabanas, hot tubs, pool bar, poolside food service, wine room, business center, 24 seat private theater, teens' lounge area with complimentary computers, and free covered parking. Guest are welcome to visit the Sheraton Hotel Souvenir shop, and their Grill and Bar.

South Padre Island has plenty of restaurants to choose from on the island and over the causeway. Souvenir shops and water/land activities are conveniently located for the family to enjoy. Water activities include: deep-sea fishing charters, parasailing, boating, dolphin watching excursions, jet-ski rentals, and Schlitterbahn water park. Land activities include: go carts, tennis, bike riding, and jogging along the beach.

  • Download the Rental Agreement, a required part of your reservation.
  • Sign and return the Rental Agreement with your Deposit, or fax the Agreement and pay online (see below)
